We'd also recommend either including the following in the calendar invite:

"Please ensure your microphone and camera are switched on as this call will be recorded. If you wish to opt-out, please let me know prior to the meeting.

"We've also seen 50%+ of attendees wish to be sent the recording after a call to distribute it internally.

Finally,  if they do, they're welcome to stop or pause the recording and continue as normal or opt-out prior.
